How do I use my right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory. You can find the form here.

How quickly will my return notification be processed?

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Can I return natural enemies

Biological control (nematodes and adalia) are not eligible for return. The nematodes and adalia do not fall within the right of withdrawal due to the limited shelf life.

The nematodes Natural Enemies do not fall within the right of withdrawal because this concerns livestock with a limited shelf life. This is based on Article 10, paragraph 8 of our General Terms and Conditions.

In case of incorrect deliveries or damaged deliveries caused by John & Co, you are of course entitled to a return shipment. You can always contact our customer service for this.

When depreciation

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

Who pays the costs for the return shipment

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. If we request the return of the goods because a mistake has been made, we will pay the return costs for the goods.
