If you have lost your account details, you can request a password reset. Then enter your email address and click send. You will receive a link by email within a few minutes to reset your password.
No more access to email address
For example, if you have changed your e-mail address and you no longer have access to your old e-mail address, you can contact our customer service to have the e-mail address of your account adjusted. We do ask you a number of personal questions to verify whether you are actually the owner of the account. You can ask a question via the button at the top right of the screen.
